Service Call Post for passengers with reduced mobility

Our agents are ready to great you and assist you in every step of your departure, from when you arrive at the airport through to boarding the plane.

You can call our agents when you first arrive at the airport at one of the Call Posts located:

  • At the drop-off area
  • In the entrance hall between the car park and terminal building (Level 0 - near the car park ticket machines)

Remember to let your airline or travel agency know if you require any specific assistance when booking your flight (or at least 48 hours before the day of departure) so we provide you the best possible service with no undue delay.

Luggage trolleys

You are welcome to use one of the luggage trolleys provided free of charge by Lille Airport. There are trolley bays in the:

  • Car parks
  • Drop-off area
  • Arrival hall

The trolleys are free to use but require a token or €1 coin to be released.

Information Desk

The Information Desk receptionists are at your service should you need any guidance or information regarding your trip.
The Information Desk is located in the Main Hall, Level 2.


There is an ATM in the Main Hall on Level 2 of the terminal building opposite the Information Desk.

This machine issues Euro notes only, not other currencies.

Work Spaces

Lille Airport provides free quiet work spaces for you to check emails, read documents, and prepare meetings. These are located:
  • On the Mezzanine floor near the Business Centre
  • In the Departure Lounge near Gates 4 and 5

Ask one of our receptionists at the Information Desk when you arrive at the airport. You can also hire an office in our Business Centre for an hour or more.

Photo booth

There is an instant passport photo booth in the Main Hall on Level 2 of the terminal building near the AVIS car rental desk.

Power sockets

Power sockets are available at the counter of the "Trib's" Bar and in the work areas.

Baggage Department

The Baggage Department (Lost and Found) is located near the exit of the Arrival hall. It is open from 8a.m. to 10p.m. (if the desk is temporarily unmanned feel free to call the department on the interphone provided).

Postal Service

For sending letters to France and overseas a post-box is provided in the Main Hall on Level 2 of the terminal building next to the ATM. Mail is collected daily.


There are  toilets:
  • On Level 1 and Level 2 of the terminal building
  • At each boarding gate
  • In the Arrival Hall
  • Changing tables are available in the Women’s toilets in the Main Hall on Level 1 of the terminal building and in the Departure Lounge boarding gates.


All terminal building areas have Wi-Fi: the bar, restaurant, waiting areas in Departure and Arrivals, boarding gates, etc.
Wi-Fi is free for the first 15 minutes.
Connect to the “AEROPORT PUBLIC” network.
